Not Able To Add A Place On Google Maps

I am not able to add an existing place on Google Maps which is opened from last 9 to 10 months. I tried to add it many times but every time Google rejects my application of adding place even though I provided all the details but still facing the same issue. Can you please help me out through this?

I understand that your added placed is not applied. please look Why is my edit status “Pending” or “Not Applied”?
