Northrift Local Guides is a community in North Rift region of Kenya. Our meet-up point will be in Makutano Town Kapenguria. This event will help improve editing wrong information that might have already been submitted to Google maps at the same time it will help boost businesses in this region by including them on Google maps. Finally it will be a day for helping new local guides to get to know the best practises they should employ in mapping to help reduce erronious information, adding irrelevant images to businesses and finally reduce supply of unexisting websites together with wrong telephone numbers. The participants will be required to come with their laptops or a smartphone with updated map application
