NO respose from google.

I am AKASH.A.S from Bangalore,( Karnataka ) ,INDIA I completed level 5 in google maps but i received a mail of getting perks as socks its been more than 12 months but I did not get any perks i mailed to support local guides still there is no response from them . and also in crowdsource I am level 8 no mail of invitation of meetup or community events .plz get back to me .

I have a question regarding the socks you mentioned. They told you that they sent you socks and you haven’t received them yet or you suppose that they should have sent something?

Google only send perks in some events and during some campaigns. You should not expect perks from leveling up.

Regarding your concern about Crowdsource not inviting you to the community Meet-Ups, you must send your question to the Crowdsource team. They are not here, as this foro is just for Local Guides.

Did you already redeem you perk following the instructions included in the email? If you have redeemed the socks, you should have received also a second confirmation email.

If you redeemed the perk but it never arrived, you can visit the FAQs page and fill in the form with your data in the section “What can I do about a missing or damaged item?”

I filled the form it’s been more than 12 months so it’s showing expired. My redemption code is [REDACTED]

First of all please remove your code, that is private.

As you filled the form, have you received a confirmation email indicating the shipment? In this case, visit the FAQs page and fill in the form with your data in the section “What can I do about a missing or damaged item?”

Secondly, you mentioned that you already contacted us via email but I cannot see any communication from the email address linked to your Local Guides account.

Can you tell me if you already redeemed the perk before the expiration date when you received the first email?
