Hello @RaunakMaskay ,

Thanks for sharing these yummy photos!

These remind me of my favorite Indian dishes. Would you like to tell us some details about them? What are these, when do you eat them, are these traditional foods in Nepal? I’m very curious about different cuisine, because I love to try new things.

By the way, feel free to check out the 6 helpful photo tips from Nigerian food blogger Atim Ukoh post.

@Petra_M

These are traditional dishes eaten by Newari(Newa) community in Nepal.

The Newa community are the local inhabitants of Kathmandu valley.

The dishes listed below are

  • Choula : buff marinated barbeque meat
  • Waa: Lentins with buff minched meat
  • Chatamari: Newari pizza without cheese
  • Kachila: raw buff munched meat
  • Momo: dumplings
  • Swaa: buff fried lungs
  • Nhepu: buff fried brains
