The cover page highlights the mesmerizing Kumbhalgarh Fort in Rajasthan, India, a site that perfectly embodies the spirit of exploration, documentation, and sharing meaningful places with the world. Nestled on the western flank of the Aravalli Hills, this historic Mewar fortress is renowned for its towering walls, the second longest in the world, earning it the distinguished title of the Great Wall of India.
This milestone truly reflects the power of our Local Guides community; a collective force that constantly inspires us to go beyond mapping, encouraging us to share experiences, insights, and local knowledge that add real value for users everywhere.

My previous update in this series was for July 2025, and I am glad to report a significant growth since then. In January 2026 alone, my contributions achieved over 3.25 million new views in a single month. This represents an increase of 213K views compared to the last published monthly count, marking a strong upward trend in engagement and visibility.
