New search results appearance in Google Maps web

Hello,

I just noticed another change in Google Maps and thought it is good to share with you.

One year after changes in showing info cards on Google Maps, now it is one step forward.

When we search for a topic on the map, and it shows the results, if we click one of the results not only we see its related information like the past, but the system list the info cards of other results at the bottom of the screen and we can scroll right and left. It was even better if we had this option to toggle this new bar

Yes, another simple change that is amazing to us as every time contributors, and in my opinion makes our experience better and simpler while using the map.

Do you think this cam make it easier to spot duplicates and dead businesses when we want to “clean the map”?

Thanks for reminding. In a general view, this new change makes it easier to switch between the search results. So although at first glance we check the 20 items list of the results and find wrong info, surely this new appearance is also helpful to spot such places and to fix them easier when we’re cleaning the map.
