We’re experiencing the issue where new customer reviews are not appearing on our Google Business Profile, even though customers have confirmed that they submitted them successfully. This has been happening consistently over the last several days.
To clarify:
- The reviews are not visible on Google Search or Maps.
- Our profile has not been recently reinstated from suspension.
- The reviews in question do not contain any restricted or prohibited content. These are genuine reviews from our verified customers.
This issue is negatively affecting our business, as potential customers rely on current feedback when making decisions. We would really appreciate it someone can help restore visibility for these missing reviews.

Google has a set of content policies for reviews, and if your review violates any of them, it will not be published. These policies prohibit reviews that are:

Off-topic or irrelevant

Promotional or commercial

Suspiciously perfect five-star floods for a place

Personal attacks or offensive language

Hate speech or discrimination
-
False or misleading information
-
Private or confidential information
If enough users flag your review as inappropriate, it will be removed. This could happen if your review is offensive, inaccurate, or otherwise violates Google’s policies.
This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content or not match with Format Specific Criteria
Point number 3 applies to you.

We did consider whether this was a mistake caused by some reviews being mistaken for fake reviews.
We also received some 1-star and 2-star feedback before.
Whenever guests raise feedback that needs improvement, we take it very seriously and respond sincerely.
In addition, if there is indeed an area that needs improvement, we will correct it immediately and improve the service.
So far, we have not received any violation notices from Google, but the customer reviews cannot be successfully updated.
I wrote to the official and they all replied that it is being processed. I don’t know what to do?
