I am a Local Guide (Level 6) and submitted a new place over a month ago, but it is still pending:
- Name: Domjur Bar Cum Restaurant
- Address: Baruipara, Domjur, Howrah, West Bengal 711405
- Hours: Monday–Sunday, 10 AM – 11 PM
- Category: Bar & Restaurant
I visit this location regularly and can provide supporting photos of the storefront and signage. Kindly review and approve the listing so that users can access correct information.

It can be tough to get places approved.
From what you shared it could be that your address is not precise enough. When I enter the address and entire area shows up:
If there is no precise address. You could try using the plus code instead.
Also, there is no one category for restaurant and bar as far as I recall. But business owners can add extra categories once the ownership has been approved.
Or is could be something else that triggers your rejection. A typical reason is that the restaurant might already be in Google Maps.
I recommend you ask the owner to add the business. Then they can verify their ownership at the same time.
