I hope you are all doing well—wishing you a fantastic Friday!
Today, I have some exciting news to share with the entire Local Guides community, with a special shout-out to the Local Guides in Canada and the province of Ontario.
We have officially launched a social media presence to help energize our community!
The goal of these social media pages is to bring Local Guides even closer together and—alongside our posts here—encourage greater interaction among people across Canada.
During the 10th-anniversary celebrations, we collaborated on many posts to showcase the country, our community, and the various provinces, while also helping people connect with one another. Now, we want to keep that momentum going by organizing both virtual and in-person meetups, sharing tips on local spots, offering guidance on writing reviews, and much more.
Recently, some of our members took part in ConnectLive Mexico, and we want more people to join us in growing this community—helping local communities, local businesses, and travelers alike to make Google Maps more active with each passing day.

Keep up the great work!
As a Drone Specialist in Aerial Photography and Videography, I’d be more than happy to assist with any upcoming events where drone photography or aerial coverage could add value to the community.
