My wife made this called Natto purse,
“natto kinchaku” in Japanese.
Natto and garlic paste are in deep-flied and warm in the microwave. It’s super easy to make it and matched with
too:)

Is this something like an appetizer? Is the Natto purse famous all over your country?
The way of preparation looks very easy and above all the ingredients seems to be available everywhere.
Are there any variations to this meal, filled with something different?
