Recently, I visited the NADRA office located in G7 Blue Area, Islamabad, and unfortunately, my experience was not smooth.
I was initially given a token, but even after a long wait, my token number was skipped.
I had to ask the staff, who issued me a new token without any proper explanation.
Despite the second token, my turn was delayed again — which caused even more frustration.
The environment was overcrowded, and there was no proper queue system.
Staff was not cooperative, and there was a visible lack of management and guidance.
I’ve attached a real image from the counter where I was waiting (Token No: 9359 at Counter 1), to highlight the situation.
As a Local Guide Level 7 from Islamabad, I believe it is my responsibility to share honest feedback. This can help both the public and the concerned authorities improve future services.
I sincerely hope that NADRA management will look into:
Better staff training
Clear token management system
Crowd control and proper guidance
Let’s work together to improve public service experiences for all.
