#MyMemories - Photo Post (14) - Photos of Golden & Rainbow Pheasant - TravellerG

I have no good idea about the abundance in India.

However, Chinese, Japanese versions are different from Indian species.

I have tried to use the technique of keeping the LENS TOUCHING THE CAGE MESH & hence the net is not visible.

Some shots are from Karanji Lake AVIARY… where these birds are left free in a large net enclosure.

Woooow @TravellerG … look at all those pheasants! Look so royal with their wonderful feathers. The rainbow and the silver ones look so regal and lucky to get up close and personal with them. I bet @Radjasitanggang and @Nyainurjanah will love them as well Sir

I think its the same as peacock. As male has beautiful feather.

I have used 500 mm lens & cropped a few of the shots.

Also, Yes, som shots are taken an AVIARY… where I could see them closer… Beautiful creations by almighty…
