My trip to Churín was in summer time in December, in the high altitude field if it is cold, but in the rivers and villages the temperature rises this is 2258 meters above sea level (7,408 ft),
The main food that is sold is the trout and lamb, although you can Also find other Peruvian foods such as ceviche, lomo saltado, pollo a la brasa and chaufas.
