Am new to this community. I found you all as the last four Google reviews I have written show to me, but not to the business I wrote them for nor to anyone else.
None of the reviews break any guidelines. They are just simple reviews.
Any advise?

All our posts are checked by filter to detect potential SPAM, false information or not following the guidelines for Google Maps contributions. If only a suspicion comes up, the review or media is not published (âhiddenâ). Unfortunately, Google never tells us, if that happens and why. In fact, I can see in your profile that 3 of your reviews are indeed hidden.

You can also provide a screenshot of your hidden reviews here. Possibly somebody can give some hints what to avoid.
In addition, I tag @ErmesT because he has much more experience with contributions on Maps than myself.

In fact like Wilfried said only 3 of your reviews are not visible, as you can see from the screenshot here below
In theory, a review is taken down if it is not adhering to the Maps user-generated content policy - Maps User Contributed Content Policy Help
However, the system is not perfect, and it can happen that a review is hidden from the public (visible only on your profile) even if it does not contain violations. Or the opposite can also happen, that is, that a review is visible even if it contains elements that do not comply with the policies mentioned above.
This might be the case with your latest review: âI havenât personally used Aim Environmental Services, but I know that Pete Chatham is a top-class pest controller with a great reputation.â
According to the policies, in fact âPosts or edits must be based on real experiences and information.â, so this review should be removed.
Regarding the other reviews, when did you post them? If the reviews contain photos, and especially videos, they may be posted with a delay of even a few days.
In general, after checking that the review complies with the policies, the steps to have it released are these:
- if the review contains images try to remove them.
- if after removing the images the review is not published (or if there are no images), try to correct the text. Making the review âpersonalâ can help.
Appeal
If after this the review is not published you can appeal. The verification process takes up to two months, but you only need to make one appeal for all blocked reviews. To do so, use this form: Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps
Please remember that after you have appealed you must not modify the review, because this action will cancel the appeal submitted, and you will have to appeal again.
