I opened my contributions today and realized my reviews are not showing up in my contributions and that my points have gone down significantly. Wondering what the issue is here. I have over 90 reviews but for some reason it’s showing I have 0. (Please see photos attached).
Hi @Zita thank you for reaching out. This is a known issue, in the past few days a lot of people have reported a lose in points, reviews and review counts and badges. I will advice you to be patient while the local guide team work on this issue.
In the mean time, can you please logout, and login from your account, once you are done with that, clean the cache of your device, this action normally solve some of the problems. Thank you.

The likes need to be to the reviews which are more than 200 characters long.
In your case, though the count is 94, only 22 qualify to that criterion. You can see that brake up on the phone after clicking on the badge.
You need adding more elaboration to the reviews.
Thanks! Looks sorted out now. Must have been a bug. And these were all old reviews, not reviews I had just written.
I don’t think you understand my complaint/issue.
Hello @Zita , just to remind you, remember to use the @ and the name of the Local Guide you’re replying to so that they can see your message. Otherwise it might get lost.
