It started off with just a mis-click on my Gmail account, and suddenly a page just popped up asking if I wanted to join the local guide on Google… At that moment I didn’t know what it was… But I knew what a guide was, so merging the two together I figured it could be guiding the locals through a certain medium, to pass or disseminate information, so I decided to join… I joined the local guide program because I knew it was a way I could also help the world In My own little way/contributions… I often travel to places and on getting there, I find myself just stuck to my hotel room, not knowing where to go to find the best meals, the best dessert, the best Karaoke bar, where I could get one of the best fun times of my life… And I can imagine a lot of tourists go through the same ordeal… Now I am proud that I am a level 6 local Guide, helping others to navigate the fun parts of my locality, helping them to find the best places to have a good time while in and around my neighbourhood… I For one love food… Especially if they are spicy, I love music and that is why I am so into karaoke, so if you love food and you love karaoke… Here are my favourite hotspot you should definitely check out… 1. Roppongi karaoke Lounge & Bar, it’s situated at 12 road Festac Town Lagos Nigeria, I love this place because, they have the best karaoke in the neighbourhood, the drinks are very cold and moderately inexpensive, they have spicy meals and it’s easily accessible… 2. 8ball Lounge, it’s located at 6 kafi street beside shoprite alausa ikeja Lagos Nigeria, their meals are super delicious, great choice of drinks and beverages, spicy barbeque fish and chicken with chips… And to crown it all, a beautiful karaoke Night to spice up the day… Easily accessible too and it’s just opposite the lagos city mall which happens to be the heart of lagos, Nigeria. 3. 3.0 Lounge is another favourite, lovely ambience… Spacious, I normally hangout with my wife there every Saturdays, because it is their karaoke Night, they prepare lovely meals for dinner and their peppered soup is totally delicious and peppery… The mood there is always right… Lovely place to be on weekdays and weekends…
So far so good… I love being a local guide and I do hope someday to meet some of the other local guides around the world…
