The Government sector employees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia finally receives the green signal from the concerned authority to start working from their offices from 31st May, 2020, provided all the precautionary guidelines are followed at the work spaces to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Iam sharing with you all my usual power-pack office breakfast which is a combination of Boiled black chickpeas, Green Olives-sliced, Sliced carrots, Chopped cucumber, Lettuce leaves and Red Cabbage-shredded.

@SholaIB Thanks for the comment, The recipe is a simple salad, you just have to boil the raw chickpea once soaking it in water and later mix it with all the other ingredients.

Thanks for the comment @MukulR It took sometime for me to get used to the taste of Lettuce, green olives, but the boiled chickpea will add the flavor and will complete my appetite. I have been taking this breakfast from atleast 6 months and enjoying its health related benefits, but because of the lock-down I had to discontinue this for 2 months. Since, today was my first day to office after the lock-down, I thought of sharing my breakfast recipe with you all.

Thanks for the comment @GNaz The salad which I described in this post is my breakfast buddy from past many years. Only during the weekends I eat something different in the breakfast meals, but during the weekdays I prefer eating salad.
