That might not be possible. It depends on what you did wrong and whether you can and will fix the issues. There is also a small chance that the spamfilter banned you by mistake.

Please share your Maps profile link and read: How to Get In and Out of Trouble as a Local Guide. You may need to use an incognito window/tab to view the tutorial.

Remember:

  1. It might not be possible to get unsuspended
  2. It can be a lot of work cleaning up whatever mistakes were made

@YOUSEF Suspension of your entire Google account is typically done for account violations, such as improper profile configuration, and for extremely serious violations in the use of one of the products associated with the account. Suspension prevents you from using all products associated with the account, such as Gmail, Maps, Photos, etc…
Creating a second account to join the Local Guides program is a further violation, this time of the Local Guides terms and conditions, which may prevent the readmission of the previous account to the program. This is because the violations, real or alleged, are obviously made by the owner of the account, so the suspension must be associated with the person, and not with the individual account.
The first step to take is to remove the violations, and then ask Google to reinstate the account.
Therefore, immediately exit the Local Guides program with this account, and then contact the Google Account Help Community for instructions on how to identify the violations and restore the suspended account.

Regarding having two account registered to the Local Guides Program this is a violation of the [Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions - Google Maps Help] : Use of Multiple Accounts: Local Guides may participate in the program with one account. Do not create or use multiple accounts to evade our policies or bypass blocks or otherwise subvert restrictions placed on your account. For example, if you’ve been suspended for abuse, don’t create a replacement account.
