For my job behaviors i am always traveling around the country side. Taunggyi is one of my favorite town located Northern Shan State hilly region. Shan is one main race of Myanmar they have their own traditional. In Taunggyi most of the people eating shan style food, it match with cold weather. In Taunggyi Myo Ma market you can see various Shan style food, among the all my favorite food is Pork Sour and Bitter Soup. Pork Sour made with brown sticky rice and pork. It good to eat together hookeri and Bitter Soup. Bitter Soup made by herb leaf, although name is bitter soup is not too much bitter.
U SAN is a small restaurant located in Myo Ma market. The restaurant is selling Shan traditional food has been a half-century. I have been several time this restaurant after one or two year, food is always good. It always have one of my favorite.
