Hi, my most recent contributions show that they are not accepted and showing up on Google Maps. It has been like that for a week now. Perhaps this might solve the issue. I will not do anything spam ever again.

I took the liberty to adjust the category and tags to better reflect your issue.
The spam filter for suggested edits has been extremely harsh lately in my experience. So much so that I pretty much have given up making edits. So you are not alone with this problem.
I’m not aware of anything we can do except wait and see. And test it now and then.
Your contribution level based some contribute is not accept.
If I know
Add a Place
Proper place name
Select the Proper category
Accurate address and map pin
Add more details - exactly working hours, Contact details, website and finally clear photos
Overall everything is clear you submitted..
Incase all details submitted but not accept - so that time some issues may be SPAM oriented filter the information.
or verification process based some times pending pending.
Not worry you will try and keep follow that process..
