First thing first, I love to eat; a total foodie! I just like to eat pretty, appetizing things. I’m sure most people would agree, pretty food is pretty tempting!
As an Indian, I must say that culinary diversity is one of India’s treasures. To top up, Indians have now borrowed cuisines from other places and culture, edited it to suit our palettes and served our hearts.
So, when I moved from East India to South India, I was overwhelmed by the flavor differences. I was solely depended on Google Maps to appreciate this unique food palate.
I tried out few restaurants in and around. I started to take in the ambiance of the place, the decor, the lighting even how the waiters behave.
I decided to expand my flavor experience with others and started rating and posting pictures of any restaurants and food joints I went. I started to share my views on the differences in their tastes, ambiance, waiting, and expense. Writing them down is about creating memories. Going through them later makes me nostalgic. It helps me be a part of the food lovers community and more importantly, build it by my contribution.
At the end of the day, I LIVE, EAT, SLEEP, DREAM FOOD. I will continue writing for Google Maps, because I love doing it.
