The only correct solution from environmental point of view is a reusable cup or thermos cup.
At a picnic, at a party it is better to use reusable dishes!
You can also ask to pour the drink in your cup in a cafe, especially if you take it with you. Your cup should be clean, without dents, cracks and chips.
