Under the My contributions, Q&A tab, I cant read any answers now including my own, all I get is “AN error occurred please try again”? That is on the mobile and on the desktop, the Q&A tab don’t even appear?

Hi @DragonLord721 is this something that has persisted over time? Are your mobile and desktop using the same internet connection?

I can see my Q&A contributions fine in my Android App. But the menu item for Q&A contributions is not available when I use my Laptop. Hopefully, your problem is only temporary. Cheers.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

First of all I would like to advise you to install the latest version of Google Maps app on your Android device, clean the cache and cookies, log out and then log in if needed and then let us know if the issue still persists.

In case you would like to send us feedback about your experience or any errors you notice on Google Maps, please follow the steps described in this link.

Please check the setting of Google’s My Activity. Some of your answer could be deleted, depending on the setting in there. For more information please read: How do I delete my answers to questions on Google Maps? This could cause your missing points.

Hello, I never said anything about android but seeing how you did, I tried there too with the same results, as soon as I click on any of the options like reply or ask or whatever it jumps straight to the error and yes I know how to clean all the standard things and then some, I even logged on from a friends house and got the same results however when the same friend logged on under her account, she had no problems reading all entries or posting she also could do everything from my PC and my phone under her account so it must be some setting in my account even though NOTHING was changed when it started and it’s still going on. Maybe next time before you go marking something as “Solved” you might want to make sure that it is.
