I was directed to the site, and when I arrived, I found that the restaurant had been changed to an office, and there was no restaurant by name. I submitted a suggestion, knowing that my account level was 6, but my suggestions were not accepted at all. I do not know whether Google does not trust me

Since I have no verified information about the restaurant, I can not suggest an edit to help you out. But I might be able to help you understand how you can make Google trust you more.
I looked at your public profile and saw that you have added 175 photos and 6 videos, and only 3 of them are currently public. So you are most likely violating some of the photo guidelines. Since others can not see your hidden photos, I can not share tips on what you might be doing wrong. You may want to read:

And you have added 142 reviews, but none of them are public. Again, as I can not see any examples of tour reviews, I will suggest that you read:

with an open mind and start cleaning up your contributions so they conform with the relevant guidelines.
In turn, this will make the filters trust you more, and hopefully, you will then be able to also close places on Google Maps.
