I’m very happy to receive a new Google update on my contributions as a Local Guide. I’m thrilled to see that many of my favorite contributions—such as photos of historical monuments, like the one of José Julián Martí in NYC , or iconic sites, like the Plaza San Francisco in the heart of downtown Lima, Peru —are steadily gaining views . Likewise, well-known commercial stores like Tai Loy, also located in Lima, Peru, have become popular.
I’m happy that my photos somehow help Google Maps users search and make our favorite platform the ideal reference point for everyone.
It’s been a journey of learning, connection, and a very beautiful journey as a Local Guide. In fact, I’m excited because I should be celebrating my seventh anniversary this October!
