Attending Connect Live Tokyo 2025 was a truly special experience — celebrating 10 incredible years of the Local Guides program with passionate contributors from around the world.
This event brought together 54 Local Guides from 14 countries (if I’m not wrong), mostly across the Asia-Pacific region, and delivered a uniquely warm and unforgettable experience at Google Japan’s office in Shibuya, Tokyo.

Why this summit was so memorable for me
- Reuniting with old friends & meeting new ones:
It was heartwarming to reconnect with Local Guides I met at previous summits (2016–2019) and make new friends from across APAC.
