@NadyaPN mainly farmer 90% cultivated for oil . but use also make special food dish this flower mixed with rice , make cake and many more .
@MariaBi wow you like this . normally Bangladesh winter time December to February , so January & feb you can see like this , country to country depends on there winter time

Thanks for sharing! They make oil in Germany, too, if I am not mistaken.The plant is part of the Brassicae family, isn’t it? I love when they are growing together with poppy plants - so you can see red spots mixed up with the yellow of the mustard flowers;).

@MariaBi yes you are right .it’sBrassicae family plant , mustered plaster / cough use as like compost Fertilizer and give mixed with animal food for make weight gain organic way

Flower is not useful generally, only looks good.
Basically the seed of the Mustard is the main product or the crop what you say. We get the Mustard Oil from it. Very useful oil in Bangladesh. People use this oil as body oil to cooking oil. Mothers use this oil to newborns for better health and skin protection. My mother also used this for me. 
The cuisine cooked with this oil is very teasty.
however when the Mustard plants are small it can be eaten as a vegetable. Hope you understand the significance of this plant and crop.

@MahabubMunna it’s very and very beautiful! last summer I was in France - in Burgundy. This region is Mustard’s Paradise. Look, how many types of mustard are here:
In Ukraine we use mustard as condiment with meat. sometimes I use mustard for salad.
