El muellle surge en la población de Vergara en 1892 el hijo de Don José Francisco Vergara, fundador de Viña del Mar.

Su construcción inició en enero de 1894, con la instalación de los primeros cilindros en suelo marino y la empresa encargada no fue Lever, Murphy and Co.

En el presente es un muelle turístico de la ciudad de Viña del Mar.

Hi, @NunungAfuah , the new normal in Chile began in the city of Santiago and slowly towards other regions such Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. But, Covit-19 protection measures are used still.
