Hi Folks, I am continuing my Montreal restaurant series with Nouilles De Lan Zhou.

For over a decade, Nouilles de Lan Zhou has been serving up delicious hand-pulled noodles, soups, and tasty appetizers at their Chinatown location. They recently opened a new location at 1925 Saint-Catherine St. W., Montreal. Their hand-pulled noodles are delicious, and the side dishes are amazing.

The rich flavours and textures of their dishes truly reflect the artistry behind this traditional culinary technique. Whether you’re a fan of spicy broth or prefer a milder option, there’s something on the menu to satisfy every palate.
