In Indonesia , motorbike very popular transportation . Simple , cheap, efecien , that’s why becoming my hobby travelling with motorbike , Honestly my true reason why my hobby travelling with motorbike because i don’t have my own car on a movie someone riding sport motorbike always look so cool but after trying riding by my self not always cool I feels so so LOL . Actually girl riding sport motorbike not too much in my place and that’s challenge for me because when I solo travelling to remote area much of eyes looking at me like stranger and girl trip alone very unpopular ,weird . The old stereotype ,good girl is girl stay at home
My friends called me hijab biker ( hijab mean using covering head as a muslim and that’s Indonesia culture also ) riding motorbike is my daily transportation so I can go anywhere anytime riding motorbike . One times I touring with motorbike club from Tangerang ,Banten Province. , I’m not part of motorbike club but I know them really well .Their motorbike club touring to my town and I’m as guide for their club during the touring . I introduce touring route to
By the way during the solo touring with my motorbike my partner is Google maps but much times I lost the route and still I’m asking to local people , I don’t like looking screen of maps during the riding because break my focus as good rider,so I keep my phone on my backpack .,when I cant find people I stop my motorbike bike open my backpack and looking route to google maps . Two of type my lost route actually . First travelling to village or remote area the challenge is lost route because road only one no much sign no board , sometimes road missing because covered by grass so look like garden and second is when travelling to big city confused because too much sign to much route and rules so complicated so the ending of my travelling is ask to local people , even Google maps In my hand .
This post is part of #montly topic April 2020 about your hobby by @HiroyukiTakisawa .
Very nice and well-written @Nyainurjanah . Your post is as good as you are a good motorbiker. Motorbike is also popular among young male people in our country. Very recent girls have started riding the bike which is increasing day by day. You can use a mobile holder attached with the handle of the bike so that you can easily see the map while driving. By the way, I cannot drive a motorbike . Thanks.
Wow great idea ,I try to find the suitable phone holder . No issue with drive motorbike you can great skill for other drive maybe F1 or private jet etc
