Hello local Guides
As we know fuits are the major source of water, vitamins and minerals for us to stay fit and healthy.
Since childhood I have a habit to eat different seasonal fruits or consume it as a milkshake or smoothie.
in India winter is a best season to consume all good food as we get fresh leafy vegetables and fruits in abundance during this time of the year.
I usually purchase these fruits from my local market or main vegetables and fruits market where we get the different varieties of fruits and we make simple salad or a fruit bowl at home.

Fruits are not only flavourful but they also have natural colour and crunch
I love to eat ice cream from Natural’s ice cream here they serve ice cream made with real fruits I recently had their jackfruit and tender Coconut Ice cream which had small pieces of fruits and tender Coconut.

They serve some amazing fruit cream, juices and milkshakes.

Mix the rose syrup and milk nicely you can take desired amount of syrup you want as per your taste add pieces of watermelon to it and serve chilled
You can also add rose petals for garnish it is totally optional.
if you don’t want to have it with milk you can also use chilled water.
