I suggest to conduct a monthly meet-up on the first weekend of the month for Google local guides in a different or new location to welcome the new local guides and enforce the relationship for more cooperation and earning more experience.

That sounds like a good idea. Local Guides meet-up should be made more often. Like a regular activity.
