You can’t. One of the protected categories on maps is schools. This is probably due to the fact that they are frequently the target of phony contributions made by sour-faced children who are mocking or posting critical reviews.
Pharmacies, banks, ATMs, and hospitals are other protected categories.
School authorities and municipalities have the ability to add schools. So you may want to encourage them to do so.

Pihak dari sekolah perlu mendaftarkan melalui business.google.com dan mengikuti alur dalam website tersebut. Kita sebagai Local Guides tidak dapat menambahkan sekolah secara pribadi, mengingat banyak sekali spam berupa sekolah palsu (atau dengan nama palsu) yang tidak ada wujudnya.

In that case there are two possible avenues. Let’s start with the most effective method.
- Local authorities (typically municipalities) can enter into a partnership with Google Maps to share their geospatial data directly. This creates a shortcut around the spam filter (pretty much guaranteed approvals). Learn about the program here:
https://contentpartners.maps.google.com/welcome
This is not something your office should persue but you could try to find the relevant person in your municipality who coordinates this.
- You can create the school using the Google Business Profil program. It can seem odd to “pretend” being a business, but it is okay, and you will be asked to document who you are. And after verification you have better control over the listing.
Please don’t use your private LG account for this. Instead an account that your office holds the password for to ensure future maintenance.

I want to ask something. Is it okay to use ordinary @gmail.com for an official school email?

Good question.
Yes, it is okay as far as I know.
But, other email addresses can be linked to a Gmail account so they can be used to log into Maps.
