I have a review that I am the only person who can see it. Why isnt it showing to everyone?

The answer is simple, the solution mostly not:
All our posts, i.e. the text of reviews, photos and videos, are verified by an AI filter, not only for ensuring all rules are obeyed but also to avoid SPAM or false information. If there is only a little doubt, the post is not published, but in most cases, we don’t get any information.
If there photos or videos attached to a review and only one of them is rejected, the entire review including all other attached media is hidden. In that case, as a first step, remove all attached media and watch, if text-only is published.
