@Farooqbhat when did you place the order? Did you ever get a confirmation email and/or tracking number?
Some rewards are shipped internationally, so please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. If it’s been more than 6 weeks since you’ve ordered with no sign of your package, please follow the steps on the FAQ below

Order confirmation received on 9th Feb 2020. After that i had constantly followed up but no resolution received ever. I request you to kindly send me code to redeem or deliver the product.
@Farooqbhat unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done at this point since it’s been too long (4 years) since the reward was ordered.
Hopefully there will be other reward offered to you again in the future.

Its very unfortunate and unfair. I have been following since last 4 years. I was provided email earlier to connect and share the case but no response received ever. I seek a new code/alternative reward. Moreover since last 4 years i haven’t received anything. How can i expect now. I request you to kindly highlight my issue and escalate it on urgent basis.
It’s very shameful of any organization who sheds information of being consumer friendly.

I received a code to redeem that you can get the product. Followed steps and placed an order. Its 4 years to follow up but no one takes responsibility. The maps reward system is so corrupted and they suck your blood. The persons responsible for the Organized Loot must be thrown out of Google, who cheat and do reward scandals. They use our worthy time to get their maps corrected and mislead us in sake of fake promises.

Farooqbhat - Seems like valid frustration, and yet this IS a volunteer platform, for people interested in contributing. Perhaps if the recognition and rewards are not sufficient, it’s a good option to simply take a break from the platform - your thoughts? I do understand that the frustration stems from expectations (what was promised vs. what was delivered) @Farooqbhat

They now removed my post. Because they will be in trouble
Recently i posted a thread for not receiving promised goods and highlighted the scam. They now removed my post because they are corrupted. @iyudhi If you can’t solve problem why did you removed the ppst that i highlighted the scam from Google maps. Are you involved in the scam too?
