Thailand has many delicious restaurants. In this post, I’m going to tell you about restaurants that are affordable and still have awards that guarantee deliciousness.
**PAE POCHANA **Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
This hidden gem in 100-year-old Rahaeng Market has been serving old-school Thai-Chinese dishes for over 50 years. The menu focuses on quality over quantity and ingredients are mainly sourced from the market. Some, like the minced featherback fish and minced pork in tofu sheets, are made inhouse. These, plus spicy stir-fried featherback fish with herbs and fried sun-dried snakehead fish, are recommended. Arrive early.
Now I miss Thai food @ONEONE … thanks for sharing this one. It’s great to know that you manage to try the Michelin guide restaurant, awarded to places with great food and services
wkwkwk, teh @Velvel , I live in the area actually, just 5 minutes walk from my house to the restaurant. I would love to take you there whenever you come visit Thailand. BTW, how have you been?
@ONEONE Thank you for sharing this post with us. What is your most favorite dish there?
Miss you teh @Ant_Bad_Yogi … All good down here and miss all of you indeed, I would love to visit Thailand again and have a culinary experience there! Hopefully I can … join me @Velvel ?
I’ve already saved this place on my list. Whenever I visit Thailand, I would be pleased to meet you and visit this restaurant. I’ve just remembered that you live in Pathum Thani just like where this restaurant is
Wkwkwk, I have been to this restaurant many times since I was a kid, teh @Velvel . My office is like 15 minutes drive from my house, so my colleagues and I come to this restaurant from time to time as well. You are good, remembering that I live in Pathum Thani, I only remember that you live in Jakarta, wkwkwk.
I’m fine, just been busy. Glad you are fine too. When you visit Thailand, let me know, I’ll show you around.
