Mes récents avis ne s'affichent pas

Bonsoir à tous,

Je suis un utilisateur très actif de Google Maps, et j’ai remarqué récemment que mes nouveaux avis ne s’affichent pas publiquement.. par exemple mon dernier avis pour un restaurant date de plus de 10 jours et n’est toujours pas visible, et mon nouvel avis pour un lieu à Boumerdès depuis deux jours n’apparaît pas non plus.

Je souhaite que mes retours soient accessibles aux autres et contribuent à la communauté.. quelqu’un a-t-il rencontré le même problème ou peut me conseiller sur la manière de le résoudre ? Merci !

From your profile in Maps I can see that 14 of your reviews and 138 of your photos are not publicly visible.

The reason of an hidden review is not necessarily in the text. As you can read in Maps user-generated content policy - Maps User Generated Content Policy Help “we generally remove full posts (for example, a photo post with a text review attached) even if one part of it is in violation. For more on what is and isn’t allowed, go to Prohibited & restricted content.”

How to identify and fix the hidden content:

  • Open your profile in Incognito mode in a web browser by using this link: Google Maps
    Compare what you see in there with your private profile (When you are logged IN). In this way you will be able to see the reviews that are not public
  • Delete photos and videos from the hidden reviews. If after that the review is published, add one by one the medias again, to identify the one that is triggering the filter
  • If the review is not published, check if the text of the review is following the guidelines, and eventually edit it

After this procedure, if a review is still not visible, you may appeal for an operator to check your profile and release what is not posted. For the appeal use this form: Account investigation for contributions not visible on Google Maps
