Hello local Guides! Today I’d like to share with you about an ice cream shop where I went with my friend. I think it’s very interesting!
You can see in the video that they make the ice cream in front of the client. They mix the ingredients and put the liquid nitrogen making an awesome experiment. To keep the nitrogen liquid you have to keep in the right temperature and pressure. Under normal environmental conditions it becomes gaseous and it creates the vapor cloud.
Hi @Tushar18 . I forgot to talk about the “glass straw”. Actually it has a test tube shape and there is liquor inside of it.
As @Zino said, is safe to eat Nitrogen infused if it is tottaly evaporated. But you don’t have to worry because at environmental temperature, it will be gas. The Nitrogen must be kept in -210 ºC (-346F) to stay liquid.
