I have posted photos to that location and you can see if it is similar to what you have in Argentina.
Here it is very popular to eat it in some form of chocolate or caramel.
I just looked up that new word “Dulce de Leche” which led to looking up “https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maillard_reaction” (!). And then I took to how to pronounced that new word which led to a youtube video on how to make it.
