Buenas tardes, estoy tratando de publicar dos tours virtuales de un cliente, y al buscar mi perfil para conectarme y publicar, no aparezco en fotógrafos de confianza. Sin embargo en local guide si que me aparece la insignia, que la tengo desde 2017, y he publicado cientos de fotos con millones de visualizaciones. Necesito ayuda urgente, ya que he tratado de acceder, incluso con otras aplicaciones, pero lógicamente no me deja, porque no existe mi perfil en fotógrafos de confianza de Google. Además que fuí el primero en obtener esta insignia en mi ciudad, pero sin embargo si que aparece gente que no son fotógrafos profesionales ni nada por el estilo.
Les agradecería me dieran solución, para poder cumplir con mi cliente, después de haber realizado el trabajo ya, gracias de antemano por vuestra disposición y ayuda.
Regarding your issue, all the Street View Trusted Photographer that (like you) were inactive for more than 18 months has been removed from the Trusted List, but they should keep the badges.
In addition you should consider to separate your Local Guide profile from your business one. In fact, making business (you mentioned a customer in your post) with your Local Guides profile is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “… businesses are not eligible for the Program. If you offer services for hire (such as marketing yourself as a Street View trusted provider), you are not allowed to bundle such services with your Local Guide membership”

As you say, I have not been able to upload any virtual business tour as a certified photographer for almost two years, but this is due to the pandemic we have been suffering for more than two years now. And as it is normal, many clients do not want or can not hire me to perform services as a trusted photographer.
On the other hand, I don’t use my local guide profile to offer any professional services, I simply comment that I still have my certified photographer badge there. But as you say, since we have been out of business for so long, many of us have disappeared, since I have only uploaded business photos for professional google business profiles. With the local guide app I only post reviews, photos of places, trips, etc.

Buenas de nuevo, resulta que estoy revisando mi último trabajo y lo realicé el 13 de junio de 2021, pensaba que era de hace mas tiempo, pero no han pasado 18 meses ni mucho menos… he enviado un mensaje al centro de ayuda de street view, y simplemente se han limitado a responderme que ya no cumplo con los requisitos para seguir inscrito como fotógrafo de confianza…sin avisos…sin explicaciones, y sobre todo sin ningún tipo de ayuda por parte de los moderadores…no me esperaba esto…me siento bastante decepcionado con el servicio la verdad. Solo quería dejar constancia, ya que veo que es lo único que voy a poder hacer…gracias igualmente.
