A white one is coconut sauce and yellow one called is SHAMBER it’s a main in this…And this is my favorite food…
@Petra_M This is Dosa which is done by using rice and urad dhal. Inside dosa, it is a stuffing of Potatoes and onions. In India, we have more than 100 types of Dosas prepared.
It’s paper dosa I think!

This is d best dosa place in this locality u can order anything. It’s damn popular here due to taste so sometimes u have to wait for ur turn. Order anything be it dosa chowmein idli vada uttapam. Parking is a issue during peak hours ( morning and afternoon school hours, and during evening 7-8 pm). Home delivery also available

Having relocated from Bengaluru to Delhi for 3 years I miss Dosa above anything else.

This looks very delicious, @Rohitkanojiya249 . I would love to try dosa. From the photo you’ve shared, it remind me a little bit of a Bulgarian type of pancake called Katma. It’s significantly denser than pancakes, and is made with yeast. Thank you for sharing. ![]()
