Another please I want to introduce which is very unique . In many Marathi horror movies were picturised here.
Amatya Bavdekar Wada.
The Pant Amatya Bavdekar Wada, located in Palasambe, Kolhapur, Maharashtra.It is a historical heritage home museum.
It is a 16th-century building that served as the residence of Shivaji Maharaj’s Amatya Ramchandra Pant Bavdekar . Very old things are available here which are in good condition.
The wada is a popular tourist attraction and has also been used as a filming location for various Marathi movies like pimpal paan,binkamacha navara,paaus,pachadlela, mumbai cha foujdar etc.
This Wada is located near river flow which is very attractive point.Here amatya family started one resort named Kajwa which is made up of stones.On weekends many people can stay here and enjoy their weekends.
They served food which you want.They take advance food order because this museum was located far from the village palsambe they need to manage all things before night.
I was staying here at weekends which are memorable.
Tip -here WiFi network issue is available so if you want to enjoy phone less life then this place is very good for you.
Personal vehicle or hiring vehicle are the good option for you,if you want to saw the outside spots like Ramling palsambe, gagangad, Gaganbawda.
We are staying at Kajwa resort.
Here rooms are old paterned made up of stones.
