Google maps keep rejecting map marker even they are not helping business they sent them many emails. I don’t know who’s checking they can see their new address they also can see street names on google but they are keep showing map marker on their old location with new address.

I helped business as local guide but Google maps rejected map marker. Because I went their for work when I put their location it was taking me their old location then I tried to fix map marker but it didn’t work.

Do you mean that the business was moved to another location, and you tried to move it?
Or that the pin was in the wrong position?
Looking at the two screenshot shared by you, there is a distance of around 10 Km between the two positions.
So there is no way for Maps to accept that change. Moving a pin is intended for small changes as this can better help you to locate them, but here we are talking about two completely different addresses.
In addition the business is claimed, so the move should be made by them.
The best option is to contact them and to highlight the issue

Probably Google tried to avoid having duplicate businesses on the Map by automatically merging the new place you suggested into an existing pin with identical or very similar name. This has happened repeatedly to me and others.
Please follow the tips @ErmesT shared.
Business moved to new location and they changed their address as I shared their business sign. But map marker is taking everyone to their old place. I tried to fix map marker pin to new location because if you put their address manually it will take you to correct address but if you search their name and choose direction it will take you to their old address.
I asked them about map marker problem. They said they sent many emails to google sent them their new place photos and everything but map marker is still on wrong place.
