How could i update map for example closing road, closing or opening a median opening…etc.
You can’t edit such things which is controlled by local government authority like road block, public transportation stopping, etc. These can be only edited by local authorities whereas you can send report to Google to create road where road isn’t available. Hope it helps you.

I agree with what Sarvesh just said, you can use Waze by Google, where you can suggest temporary road adjustment, construction areas, block areas etc… alot of taxi drivers and people who drives for long periods of time use it. Hope this helps.
