Hi @santoshontheway ,

Thank you for sharing your post with us. The platter looks very rich in taste. Do you mind describing the platter a bit more? Is that a bread on the left in the first picture?

I am sharing with you a platter I had a few months ago while I was in Malta.

This is a traditional Maltese platter, which contains pickled cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, Maltese sausage, cookie bread, and aubergine paste. What I loved the most from the platter were the cheese and the aubergine paste.

@Nyainurjanah The one in the picture, all of that I have shared is a platter. The one you see with lotus stem it has cabbage leaf as well and special dry fish powder and is called Singju. Then it has a dish with some peas that is called keli Channa, it has then a yellow square stuff which is called Paknam - is made up of local vegetables and besan “Besan is gram flour” Bora is the one towards the right and is made up of chinese onion leaf.

Thank you for your prompt reply @santoshontheway . Paknam sounds very interesting. I like chickpeas, so I’m sure I will enjoy the taste of it. Do they offer vegetarian platters?

That’s my trick too @Nyainurjanah . When I am sitting close to the window, I go and take the picture for better lightning.
