The pandemic hampered extreme movement in the Philippines, especially in its capital Manila. Visits had been limited and other leisure activities were suspended. But, Manila Bay’s role to the country continues as it serves as the office of thr Philippine Coast Guard. Its strategic location makes it even more important as it is just 2km away from the center Luneta.
