Mango kulfi.

Hello Friend’s.
Kulfi / Ice - cream is every one’s favourite, when it’s summer u like to have it every day.

This recipe I dedicated to my Badi Mummy. Who taught me this recipe.
Here is simple recipe of Mango kulfi.
Ingredients :
4- Mango pulp.
4- tsp powder sugar. ( As per taste if need ).
250 - gms cream. ( Amul Cream).
Method.
Remove mango skin, cut in small piece & grind it in mixer. Taste & check mango sweetness than add sugar if need. Grind again.
Take a bowl put pulp & add cream with soft hand in one direction mix cream with spoon when it’s mixed properly put in mould keep for 5-6 hours
If u don’t have mould don’t worry put in ice tray or cake mould square box. But cover it with Aluminum foil or plastic sheet then keep in fridge.

You can have with falooda.

Few days back I made 1 st time milk kulfi, recipe on YouTube… But my innovation made mango custard by puting corn flour It also turn yummy. Made jelly, falooda…

Caption:Mango kulfi in Aluminium, mould , Jelly, Falooda, Custard made of mango & kept in freezer to set, cut mango piece’s.

Caption: jelly.

You get falooda packet u need to boil water, in a bowl take water add 3-4 spoon of powder mix well add to boiling water when water dry your falooda is ready when cools down keep in fridge.

Same way make jelly boil water 1 cup & in a small bowl take water put the whole mix powder mix well pour in boiling water . Mix well for few minutes then off the gas let it cool keep in freezer to set cover it from top after 2 hours jelly is set ready to eat.

It was very hetic, standing in kitchen with humid climate & making for 1 st time & you need lots of patience while making. But the outcome was awesome. Kids loved it.

But when you serve with love  & kids enjoy it… I felt happy.

I hope you will try Mango Kulfi after reading the post & make your love ones happy.

Take care stay home stay safe. Enjoy home made food.

@RosyKohli I have never tried to make an ice cream myself. Your recipe seems to be possible to fulfill. And it looks so tasty!

Maybe I will try to prepare something similar from strawberry for example  . Mangoes are rather expensive here and are not always tasty. Homemade ice-cream will be surely more healthy.

I don’t understand properly about falooda. Could you explain it a bit more? Is it a fruit jelly? Or frozen jelly?
