Managing Your Change

I am a Local Guide in the Portland, Oregon area. However, this discussion is really more far reaching. I recently completed my doctorate in organizational psychology at Washington State University. I am using it to launch a career in the field of organizational change management. And this is one of many venues that I am using to help folks like you answer the question “How do I manage change in my organization?” Now you could work in a 3 person sandwich shop or you could work at the world’s largest company (Walmart - 2.3 million employees). Both are similar because they are run by and for people. They both have an organizational culture. And they both are subject to change – Like it or not.

So this is change management central. When it happens, and it will, then you can find answers here. Here being when you latch on to one of the many social media nodes. The most direct answers are at People Sustained Organizational Change Management (PSOCM). You can also get answer by reading and contributing to The Book of Change (www.Book of Change.online).

You can participate in the evolution of this project! I am semi-retired and doing this because I love it. I am creating a nonprofit organization dedicated to fulfilling my dream of helping people like us manage change. You can join me in this dream and help me build the organization and deliver the message. Just connect and we will redirect.
