Manabí of my loves, Manabí of my illusion As title of the title of what I am publishing sounds in the minds of all the manabitas the beautiful corridor to Manabí, of which we and proud people are, is that to speak of the diversity of my province, is to speak of culture and rooted traditions that have passed from generation to generation to consume what we have today as a typical food, and not only that, Manabí is a province rich in cultures and traditions that mixes the traditional with the modern, we have that mixture of European-montubio that makes us to stand out in any part of the world, this is how we have folklore to the surface, and that of mixing our speech with verses that make us conquer our own and strangers, to say that I am proud of my habits, it is short, I love every corner of my province, I love waking up with that smell of the countryside and being able to bathe on the banks of the wonderful river, to be able to enjoy in the afternoons of a past coffee accompanied by that a chonero and a good book and on the weekends visit any of the 320km of beaches from north to south. I am proud to be Manabi and most of all proud of being a Chonero.
