April 20, 2016, the Mama Mama market was officially built. President Jokowi directly put groundbreaking. This market was built on the proposal of mothers in Papua. There are about 200 mama - mama who sell there. The majority of them sell fruits, seafood and betel nuts.
Now with the modern market they have not only become a source of income, but also a place for socialization of women. While waiting for buyers, they can share stories comfortably. I went there many times. The price is quite expensive but never mind. the market is very clean.
